Job Description

As an Ops Excellence Intern, you’ll support efforts to improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and customer experience within the Hotels & SNAP (Flight+Hotel) will work across both day-to-day operations and system improvement initiatives, including workflow automation, data management, and operational reporting. The role provides exposure to system engineering concepts, data pipelines, and lightweight DevOps-style automation in a production-like environment.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving structured problems, working with data, and understanding how operational systems work end-to-end in a fast-paced travel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily operational tasks such as case follow-ups, guest and supplier coordination, and structured data updates across internal systems.
