• Elaborate the sequence of production activities for assembly work centers.
• Balance manpower requirements according to organizational needs.
• Observe and analyze shop floor activities to identify ratios of value‑added activities.
• Identify, evaluate and propose key performance indicators to measure productivity.
• Identify and propose areas for improvement, participate in the problem‑solving process and implement solutions by involving team members.
• Develop work charts to improve overall performance by defining sequencing and analyzing manufacturing needs.
• Interact with several multifunctional teams.
