Job Description
Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work.
- Schedule and troubleshoot appointments
- Update tracking information
- Support fast-paced, centralized operational account operations
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
**Basic qualifications**
- Current Bachelor Student 5th semester or higher
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm
- Advanced English written, oral
**Skills**: Required
- Bilingual English/Spanish
