Job Description
Key Responsibilities Business analysis and SAP support Support plant users with SAP-related queries and system-related issues. Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel. Extract, validate, and analyse data from SAP and other business systems. Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system enhancements. Create and maintain process documentation and user guides. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis. Assist with reporting automation and data quality improvement initiatives.
