Engineering Assessment of Advanced NAND High‑Aspect‑Ratio Process

Location: 1 North Coast Drive, Singapore

Department: Product Integration Engineering (PIE), Process Integration (PI)

Position Overview

The student will study documented historical process evaluation data and engineering methodologies used in high‑aspect‑ratio NAND process development. Through guided learning and supervision, the student will gain exposure to how engineers analyze process interactions, assess integration risks, and evaluate impacts on product performance.

Responsibilities

• Review and study historical process integration case studies related to high‑aspect‑ratio NAND processes.
• Analyze pre‑generated process evaluation data sets to understand engineering assessment methodologies.
