Responsibilities
Coordinate and attend campus and recruitment events
Create story, post photos and newsletters for branding purposes on social media (e.g Facebook, LinkedIn) relating to campus events or recruitment
Propose & execute “Wevideo” video shooting and editing for business functions
Coordinate & execute new hire onboarding matters
Arrange candidate interviews and receive candidates for face-to-face interviews
Filing new hire documents into P file
Handle ad hoc tasks or projectsassign by Talent Acquisition team
Mandarin literate to have proof reading on Mandarin articles
