- Assists on daily handover from Ninja Van to Air and Sea Freight agent by managing and coordinating domestic shipments.
- Assists in customer feedback on the shipment status, and maintains a cordial relationship to build future business.
- Assists in ensuring no backlog or delay in shipment every day.
- Assists in inputting data into the management system and consolidating.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in transport/air freight forwarding/logistics field related to freight forwarding and logistics.
- 3-6 months of internship.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player.
- Independent performer, motivated and resilient, able to deal with demanding customers and deliver under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and examine required regulations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
