Intern - End User Support & Automation (July - Dec 2026)
Embark on an enriching internship as an End-user Support & Automation Intern within the Skills Centre team. Learn on the job, tackle real-world challenges, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and contribute to improving operational efficiency and user experience.
Your main tasks:
- Provide day-to-day end-user helpdesk support by troubleshooting system issues via the ticketing system and live assistance.
- Monitor incoming tickets and contribute to timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with Business Solutions Experts and IT Business Partners to document recurring problems and validated solutions.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to support implementation of end-to-end processes.
