Gallagher Global Broking Europe (GGB) is pursuing ambitious growth across Europe, driven by both organic and inorganic initiatives. As the business scales, structures, processes, and cross-border coordination need to evolve accordingly. The role focuses on supporting the development and implementation of cross-European initiatives, with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, centralize activities, and support strategic decision-making across markets. To support this growth journey, we are strengthening our team with additional central support.
