Job Description

During the internship, you will explore the following key areas:

• Data Management & Reporting
• HR Operations (Recruitment & foreign worker management)
• Process Improvement
• Compliance & Documentation
• Automation & Digitalization

Learning Scope & Outcomes

• Builds foundation in operational workflow and compliance
• Exposure to automated reporting processes
• Support automation of administrative tasks and workflows
• Involvement in process optimization projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel). Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or Python is highly advantageous.
