About the Role
As an Intermediated Claims Specialist, you’ll manage a portfolio of complex and express claims, delivering outstanding service while ensuring optimal financial outcomes and timely resolutions.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with customers, brokers, and suppliers to drive claims through to resolution, while maintaining strong compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of 80 - 120 home and landlord claims (complex and express)
- Deliver great customer experiences through clear communication and strong relationships
- Drive timely claim resolutions and sound financial outcomes
- Work closely with brokers, loss adjusters, and builders
- Set and manage claim reserves in line with expected outcomes
