- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and professional development support to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Apply current design standards, policies, and contract delivery documentation requirements, as they relate to construction staging.
- Support municipal and highway staff on contract tender package preparation and submission requirements.
Technical Expertise and Project Delivery
- Provide traffic engineering support for Traffic Staging detailed design projects.
- Preparation and review of traffic‑related technical reports and deliverables, including:
- Traffic Operations Reports
- Traffic Management Plans
- Sign Inventory Reports
- Staging Memoranda
- Roadside Safety and Guiderail Reports
