Overview

As an Intermediate BIM Modeller for our Structural Buildings team, you will contribute to complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from concept through construction, shaping how communities experience the built environment. Based in Toronto or Markham, you will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and BIM leaders in a fast‑paced, high‑impact setting.

Your Impact

• Develop and model structural building elements using Revit, supporting projects from early design through construction.
• Take ownership of assigned modeling tasks, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate effectively with structural engineers and other disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Apply and support established BIM standards and modeling best practices across projects.
