Job Description
- Build and enhance Salesforce applications using:
- Apex classes and triggers
- Develop reusable, maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
- Assist in the implementation of custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Financial Services Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Loyalty Management
- Agentforce (where applicable)
- Support business users with configuration requests and minor customizations.
- Assist in developing OmniStudio components such as Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Contribute to automation and workflow processes to improve operational efficiency.

- Support integration of Salesforce with external systems using APIs or middleware tools.
