Role: Intermediate QA Tester (Manual + Automation)
Location: Remote
Engagement: Permanent role OR contract
Start: Immediate (flexible for right candidate)
Salary: R30 K - R45 K per month Responsibilities Design, execute, & document manual test cases across web apps (front/backend event management). Build and maintain lightweight automated tests to accelerate regression coverage over time. Work with product managers, developers, sales, & support to ensure quality across release lifecycle. Report defects clearly and confidently, with actionable detail and stakeholder awareness. Contribute to shaping the QA strategy, balancing risk and coverage in a fast-moving startup context. Qualifications 2 - 3 years of QA experience, with exposure to both manual and automated testing. Ability to confidently handle both UI testing and backend/API/database testing.
