Intermediate Network Technical Analyst (Information Systems Officer 24). Works within Infrastructure Services, focusing on network and security operations, providing incident support, order management, and project participation.
Description
Provides technical expertise in analyzing security and network connectivity problems that cannot be resolved at Tier 1 Help Desk. Determines the nature of problems (WAN, LAN, Security), documents incidents, resolves or escalates as appropriate. Supports order management, collaborates with clients and support staff, participates in infrastructure projects, and provides installations, configuration, operation, and maintenance of network and security infrastructure components.
