Transform industrial manufacturing processes at Linamar as an Intermediate Model Based Simulation Engineer. Collaborate with senior engineers and support production improvements and scheduling.
In this role, you will assist in designing intricate manufacturing processes while working closely with cross-functional teams. With a focus on optimizing tooling methods, you will contribute to the Advance Quality Planning (AQP) activities and help resolve production issues. Your problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, and attention to detail are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with manufacturing support to address tooling issues • Define plant layout and ergonomic requirements • Identify and resolve process scrap issues • Support the introduction of new products and processes • Maintain update tool lists and work instructions
