Description:
Stantec requires to hire an Intermediate Mining Engineer, professional with at least 7 years of work experience in general.
General Objective of the Role:
Carry out the calculation and methodology of the material extraction in a mine or quarry, as well as the economic plan for its execution in a profitable manner. Functionally reports to the CQA Manager in Lima (CQA Mngr) and the Mining Manager (Principal, Mining) in Salt Lake City.
Main Responsibilities
Carry out the calculation and methodology of the material extraction in a mine or quarry
Develop the economic plan for execution of the extraction in a profitable manner.
Be a liaison between Stantec offices (Lima and Salt Lake City).
Review and correct models for the mining material extraction.
