Job Title: Intermediate Life Support
Location: Clinix Health Group - Solomon Stix Morewa Memorial Hospital
Reports to: Operations Manager: EMS Job Summary
To coordinate and execute the care of patients within the scope of Life Support scope of practice.
Requirements Minimum Qualifications Matric Intermediate Life Support (ILS) qualification or equivalent CPD compliant with HPCSA Valid Pr DP permit Registered with the HPCSA as an ILS Minimum Experience 2 years’ experience in the medical field as an ILS operational medic Driver's Licence with minimum 2 years driving experience Key Competencies Emergency rescue and stabilization In-depth knowledge of life saving medical procedures Comprehensive understanding of emergency medicine Sound knowledge of emergency medical protocols, patient assessment and pharmacology within the ILS scope of practice Report writing Team-player Deliverables Ensure patient treatment according to the HPCSA scope of prac...
