Intermediate Fullstack Engineer – Data Products
Data Products integrates GitLab and third‑party software development lifecycle data, building dashboards, APIs, and data products that transform it into reliable, interoperable intelligence for customers and internal teams. An Overview of this Role
You’ll work across the stack, contributing to frontend experiences, backend services, APIs, and AI‑enabled workflows. What You’ll Do
Develop well‑scoped features for ingesting, modeling, and syncing data into the knowledge graph, ensuring data freshness, sync reliability, and graph coverage. Build integrations with external systems (Jira, observability tools, Zendesk, ServiceNow) to increase indexed business context and meet data completeness/freshness goals. Build features for Software Engineering Intelligence dashboards (DORA, value‑stream reporting, GitLab Duo, etc.) to provide accurate, performant metrics across organizations.
