Job Description

Our energy client is seeking a Intermediate Document Control Specialist to execute day-to-day document control of Safety and Management of Change (MOC) document workflows supporting midstream operations

Calgary-based client. Candidates will be in-office 4 days/week in downtown Calgary

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of experience as a Document Control specialist within energy or oil & gas environments
  • Background managing Process Safety and Management of Change (MOC) documentation workflows
  • Proficiency with OpenText Content Server and related controlled document repositories
  • Experience maintaining metadata accuracy, version control, and document lifecycle tracking

    • Strong Nice to Have

  • Experience coordinating document control audits or inspections
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
