Job Description
Enhance the security posture at Whitecap Resources Inc. as an Intermediate Cybersecurity Analyst. You will play a critical role in day-to-day operations and strategic security projects.
In this dynamic position, you will work alongside the Cybersecurity team to provide essential support and monitoring. Your duties will include responding to security alerts, conducting vulnerability assessments, and managing compliance with industry standards. Your work in identifying and mitigating security threats will greatly contribute to safeguarding the company’s digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor alerts and analyze security events for prioritization
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for incident response
• Perform vulnerability scanning and suggest remediations
• Deploy XDR sensors and manage platform configurations
