Job Description
Responsibilities
- Schedule architectural and ID trade works from commencement to completion to ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate trade subcontractors’ activities to align with project timelines and quality standards
- Liaise with suppliers to procure necessary products for project execution
- Read and interpret construction drawings to guide work processes and verify compliance
- Attend project coordination meetings to communicate progress and resolve issues
- Verify subcontractor claims by conducting thorough assessments and validations
- Identify and resolve site problems by implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Report non-conformance issues at the site promptly to the person‑in‑charge (PIC)
- Record and communicate changes and variation orders (VOs) instructed by clients to PIC
