Position Title: Interior Fit-Out Estimator
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 55,000
About the Role
Our ACT based client is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Estimator to support commercial interior construction projects through accurate estimating, tender preparation, quoting, and project coordination support.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within commercial fit-outs and interiors, excellent communication skills, and advanced knowledge of Buildxact, including the ability to help configure systems and improve operational processes within the business.
This role is suited to someone who is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident liaising with suppliers, trades, and clients throughout the estimating and pre-construction process.
