- Able to handle & prepared Design and Proposed Layout Plans, Elevations, Details, PerspectiveDrawings and 3D Drawings
- Preparation of Quotation/ Invoice/ Project Schedule and Timeline
- Overseeing the implementation of design plans and liaising with construction teams (Eg: Carpenters/ Plumbers/ Electricians/ other Sub-Contractors)
- Conduct client meetings to understand design intentions, present concepts, and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Selecting and coordinating the procurement of appropriate materials, furnishings, and fixtures
- Any ad-hoc duties which may be assigned by the Management
