Interior Sales Designer (Landed house projects)

Salary: $3000 (Basic) + Commission.

Work Schedule: 5 days Monday to Friday, 9.30am–6.30pm. Saturday may be required depending on workload.

Location: Ang Mo Kio.

Job Scope

• Create interior and detailed drawings.
• Deliver high quality design work and related services.
• Provide quotation for personal sales.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors.
• Propose design concepts and ideas for clients.
• Produce CAD drawings, 3D Studio Max models, and other visual presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design.
• 2–3 years of experience in HDB flat, condo, and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, joinery, and finishing works.
• Knowledge of 3D computer illustration and Photoshop is an advantage.
• Ability to draft freehand and illustrate work.
