Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, layouts, and presentation materials. Select furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, colors, and décor elements. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors. Conduct site visits to monitor project execution and quality. Ensure projects are completed according to approved designs and timelines. Resolve design-related issues during project execution. Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies. Maintain project documentation and client communication.
