A boutique Brisbane interiors studio is seeking an Interior Designer (and documentation specialist) to join their small but mighty team on luxuryĀ high-end residential buildsĀ and exciting hospitality projects.Ā
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Produce detailed documentation packages in Vectorworks and SketchUp
ā¢ Develop bespoke joinery and custom furniture details
ā¢ Prepare FF&E schedules and technical packages
ā¢ Coordinate consultants, suppliers and contractors
ā¢ Support projects through construction and installation
Skills & Experience
ā¢ 5+ years' experience in interiors, architecture or documentation roles
ā¢ Advanced Vectorworks proficiencyĀ (essential)
ā¢ Strong joinery detailing and documentation capability
ā¢ Sound understanding of construction methods and NCC requirements
ā¢ SketchUp proficiency highly regarded
ā¢ Meticulous, organised and solutions-focused approach
