Job Description

Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a driven and collaborative Interim Project Coordinator to work across our vibrant organisation.

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Duration: Fixed Term (Up to 6 months)

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain key project documentation (including Project Plan, RAID log, Stakeholder and Communications Plans).
  • Manage project delivery activities including milestones, scope, resources, risks, issues and change control.
  • Organise and lead project and stakeholder meetings and events.
  • Monitor and report on project dependencies, working closely with the Programme Manager.
  • Produce regular project status reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Track resource allocation against delivery milestones, escalating any issues as needed.
  • Support project closure, capturing and sharing lessons learned and best practice.
