IMMEDIATE INTERIM OPPORTUNITY
Interim Director, Total Rewards
Reports To: Vice President, Human Resources
Duration: 6 months – strong potential for full-time hire
Location: Downtown Toronto – 3 days per week in office
A financial services client is seeking an Interim Director, Total Rewards who has managed this function for a mid-sized organization. They will take the role as the organization goes through a transition. They could be offered full-time once the transition is completed and a new structure crystalized.
Key Accountabilities:
- Continuous market monitoring to ensure that the compensation & benefits strategy is competitive and fair – this includes preparing briefing materials for the ELT and Board.
