Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking an Interim COO on behalf of our client, a food manufacturer in the restaurant industry. This role is responsible for stabilizing operations and identifying process and inventory improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly experienced operator with deep expertise in large-scale food manufacturing or distribution environments, capable of stepping into a complex, multi-site, 24/7 operation and driving immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide executive leadership oversight of day-to-day operations across a multi-site, 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Assess and improve inventory management processes, controls, and accuracy across facilities
- Evaluate and optimize ERP system usage (Oracle Fusion preferred) and identify process gaps or inefficiencies
