Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as a Technical Manager supporting design, planning, and construction projects. Position is responsible for the technical and administrative management of Architect-Engineer (A-E) and/or in-house designs for the construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair projects. Responsibilities Plans, administers and coordinates the development of the many phases involved in the preparation of a complete set of plans, specifications, and estimates for proposed construction projects.
