Summary You will serve as a INTERDISCIPLINARY PHYSICAL SCIENTIST/OCEANOGRAPHER/DATA SCIENTIST in the OCEANOGRAPHIC DEPARTMENT, NAVAL OCEANOGRAPHIC OFFICE of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS. Responsibilities You will serve as a senior scientist in the analysis and databasing of oceanographic data in support of operational requirements. You will implement and document new or improvement of existing oceanographic processing, data analysis, and visualization techniques, testing and validating upgrades in collaboration with other scientists. You will participate in at-sea oceanographic operations serving as a senior Oceanographer ensuring that all physical oceanographic data is collected properly.
