Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) aspects of the Interconnection Facility (IF) for Utility-Scale Solar projects
- Design and implement an effective maintenance plan on medium and high voltage systems as well as related power quality/telecontrol/telemetering/ICT system
- Present O&M perspective in reviewing relay protection scheme and control design during construction and operation phase
- Serve as an expert on transmission-related market design and regulatory issues, monitor key developments, and provide recommendations in these areas
- Set up and lead a technical team consisting of engineers and charge men to respond to electrical breakdown at Interconnection Facility (IF) while ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreement
- Communicate effectively with authorities, engineering consultants, competent persons, contractors, vendors and clients during project phase and service warranty period
