Intellectual Property Attorney

We are looking for an experienced IP Attorney specializing in patents to join one of our technology clients. This will be a foundational role responsible for building, managing, and protecting the company’s intellectual property portfolio.

You will collaborate directly with engineering, AI, and executive leadership teams to identify patentable innovations, manage patent prosecution, assess infringement risks, and develop an international IP strategy aligned with the company’s technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify patentable inventions in collaboration with engineering and AI teams.
• Draft, review, and file patent applications before the USPTO, INDECOPI, and through the PCT system.
• Manage the complete patent lifecycle, including filing, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.
