Responsibilities

• Advise customers on integration challenges and optimal use of the SEEBURGER platform.
• Analyse individual customer requirements and create concepts for customized solutions.
• Implement complex technical solutions based on the SEEBURGER product portfolio.
• Support customers during commissioning with solution‑specific documentation, customer‑specific training, and act as a technical contact for questions and issues.
• Work in a mixed team of customer employees and SEEBURGER experts, remotely or onsite at the customer's premises.
• Depending on experience, take responsibility for individual sub‑projects or the entire customer relationship.
• Contribute product feedback to product management to support product development.
