Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute end‑to‑end integration testing with partners, ensuring seamless functionality and a smooth path to certification.
- Provide hands‑on API integration and testing support — working both internally across Product, Engineering, and Support, and externally with our partner network.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve API and web service integration issues, acting as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams during Pilot and Beta processes.
- Document and maintain accurate integration configurations and manuals, keeping everything transparent and up to date for the Integration Product team.
- Track the full development and certification lifecycle, managing your workload independently.
