Role Overview

This is a high-visibility supply chain role focused on the S&OE process across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The professional will own a comprehensive end-to-end process for three regions, designing planning decisions, response to demand, and coaching teams worldwide. Based at the Reynosa site, the individual will serve as the anchor for the AMER region.

Responsibilities

• Own the global S&OE playbook, the process design, governance model, and improvement roadmap every region runs from
• Standardize weekly execution across all plants and product lines so planning is disciplined, consistent, and fast
• Connect Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and Finance, defining who decides what, how issues escalation, and who is accountable
• Build the toolkit: templates, tools, dashboards and best practices that make strong execution repeatable
