Become the vital contact for the Come to Work program as the Intake and Referral Coordinator at CNIB in Toronto. In this hybrid role, you'll guide participants through onboarding and support their employment goals.
As a full-time contract Coordinator, you will manage participant referrals and conduct essential intake assessments. Your expertise in career readiness and trauma-informed practices will help triage participants and connect them to appropriate resources. You'll ensure each individual receives the guidance and support needed throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process participant referrals for the program
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for eligibility
• Facilitate orientation sessions on program expectations
