Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Insurance Department with administrative duties on motor and general insurance.
- Liaise with insurance companies and internal/external customers with regards to new/renewal quotations and issuance.
- Proper updating of transactions into system accurately and keeping up-to-date records.
- compliance with industry practice for documentation and records.
- Handles motor insurance sales.
- manage emails and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate to process insurance documentation.
- Display ethical conduct and practice in all business dealings.
- Maintain high service standards and accuracy in policy documentation.
- Ensure requirements of the customer and the company are met.
- Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
