Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist Insurance Department with administrative duties on motor and general insurance.
  2. Liaise with insurance companies and internal/external customers with regards to new/renewal quotations and issuance.
  3. Proper updating of transactions into system accurately and keeping up-to-date records.
  4. compliance with industry practice for documentation and records.
  5. Handles motor insurance sales.
  6. manage emails and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
  7. Coordinate to process insurance documentation.
  8. Display ethical conduct and practice in all business dealings.
  9. Maintain high service standards and accuracy in policy documentation.
  10. Ensure requirements of the customer and the company are met.
  11. Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
