Join us as an Insurance Operations Coordinator in Calgary, Ontario. This onsite role focuses on document processing, report preparation, and achieving key performance levels.
In this 18-month contract position, you will ensure timely document production while maintaining the accuracy of information. Your role includes adhering to policies and standards and updating reports to meet business objectives and service levels. A basic understanding of insurance laws is important for compliance and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate document processing and timely production
• Contribute to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
