Job Description
Reporting to Maintenance, the Instrumentation & Controls Engineering Specialist is responsible for maintaining, designing and installing Instrumentation & Controls systems in the facilities. You will be analyzing system requirements, reviewing, designing and optimizing control loops, writing and installing custom programmable logic code, testing system efficiency, and providing operational support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot various SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems including all Operational Technology (OT) and communication systems to maintain optimal plant performance.
- Collect and analyze data from instrumentation and control systems to optimize processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Access to critical system resources.
- Repair, overhaul, maintain, configure, select, and install controls and instrumentation equipment.
