QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Electronics Communications Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) of working experience in water or wastewater treatment projects.
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols.
- Experience in control panel design and electrical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of detailed BOQ for instrumentation, control and electrical components.
- Working collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers, and other internal staff liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors.
