Job Duties Job Duties 1. Provide instruction in chemistry, general science, and mathematics classes to students enrolled in a variety of post-secondary programs. Other courses may be assigned as needed.
2. Practice good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
3. Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community.
4. Utilize LMS for in person, online, and blended course delivery.
5. Manage the classroom and activities to ensure an optimal learning environment using an outcome-based approach.
6. Respond to and accommodate the special learning needs of students, including equity groups and diverse learners.
7. Use appropriate evaluation methods, record student progress, and provide feedback.
8. Make necessary curriculum adjustments to course content.
