The Instructor, Caterpillar fulfills the professional responsibilities of a full-time faculty member. Instructional assignment in Caterpillar courses. Essential Functions:Article 7 of the OFA Contract
Candidates should possess knowledge of heavy equipment electronics, fluid power, mechanics, diesel engine repair, service concepts, refrigeration, drive-trains and associated maintenance and repair principles as they relate to Caterpillar equipment used in the construction and mining industries.
Knowledge of industry safety practices.
Knowledge in power generation systems as well as electronic drive systems and similar advanced technologies are also desirable.
