Job Responsibilities Training & Supervision Support
- Assist the Instructor in managing daily work activities (e.g., sorting, cleaning, packing, assembling).
- Provide step-by-step guidance and hands‑on supervision to trainees.
- Reinforce social skills, soft skills, and work discipline in a structured setting.
- Support in conducting daily exercises, cleaning, and other routine activities.
- Modify work tasks to ensure all trainees can participate effectively.
- Creating and adapting teaching materials and instructional aids.
- Ensure trainees meet work expectations and deadlines.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and structured learning environment.
- Cover for instructors in other contract work or production classes when needed.
- Support special events, pop‑up booths, awareness campaigns, and vocational training initiatives.
