Role Overview

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to develop high-impact, engaging learning materials. This role focuses heavily on the modern instructional design lifecycle, storyboarding, and multimedia content development.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner independently with key business leaders to guide their training vision and influence instructional strategies.
• Manage and negotiate competing project requests from various departments to ensure realistic project timelines.
• Apply adult learning theories to design structured learning pathways, modules, and courses.
• Build interactive e-learning modules, video scripts, infographics, job aids, and assessment tools.
• Formulate detailed scripts and structural blueprints for digital modules and multimedia assets.
• Upload, test, and maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
