Our client, a content development & process documentation organization is seeking an Instructional Designer / Knowledge Content Specialist to join their team. As an Instructional Designer / Knowledge Content Specialist, you will be part of the Process Documentation & Knowledge Development Department supporting Process Developers and AI Transformation Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, [strong communication skills and user-centered thinking which will align successfully in the organization.
