This individual will play a key role in building customer-facing training programs from the ground up, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams. The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design expertise, comfort working with emerging technologies like AI, and the ability to communicate effectively with financial services clients. This role offers high visibility, ownership, and long-term growth potential as the B2B product suite expands. Pay for this role is between $40-$48 based on experience.
Day-to-Day:
Design and develop B2B customer training courses for financial services organizations
Produce online learning modules and short-form courses for enterprise clients
Build foundational learning design frameworks for a newly formed B2B division
