Role & Responsibilities Lead and scale the institutional equity sales team across India, setting revenue targets, performance metrics, and go-to-market strategies.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with buy-side institutions — including mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds, and global asset managers — to drive trading volume and commission income.
